Strengthening of Community Resource Boards (CRB’s) and VAGs that enabled ZCBRA to fulfil their community-based resource management mandate to support a long -term institutional and organizational development of the Chiawa and Mphuka CRBs into well functional community organization for integrated natural resources management and annual meeting/reviews. The small grant equally supported community capacity building trainings in leadership and governance, financial management, meeting management, community reporting, and development of mechanisms for an improved resource management and beneficiation systems.
