ILRG supported ZCRBA to carry out activities aimed at two objectives boarded on strengthening of ZCRBA and its member CRBs by enabling members of ZCRBA’s Executive Committee to undergo leadership training; providing governance training to Regional CRB Associations and CRBs; and carrying out activities to encourage gender inclusion in CRB boards; and secondly supported the development of a strong and vibrant Secretariat to fulfill its mandate of carrying out day-to-day administration and support to CRBs, including lobbying and advocacy for new policies and rights in CBNRM.
